Shipping and Returns

 PHILIPPINES ORDERS

  • Orders are processed within 24hr (not including weekends or holiday) 

 PHILIPPINES SHIPPING 

  • Metro Manila:
    • Showroom Pickup: Orders are available for pickup at your convenience. We are available Monday-Saturday between 11am-7pm. Please notify us of your scheduled pickup ahead of time or else we can't promise to be ready for you.
    • Grab Delivery (php250): We can coordinate a Grab delivery for you the following working day at your convenience. Message us on IG or email to coordinate.
  • Entire Philippines: 
    •  We ship LBC the following day after an order is promised. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it ships.

RAFIKIMONO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Lost packages shipped via International flat rate.
  • Customs Fees, taxes and duties.
  • Delays or errors in shipping due to shipping company issues.
  • Shipping Damages.
  • If your package is returned to sending, you will be liable to cover any additional shipping costs to resend the package to you.

RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final. Exchanges are ONLY offered if an item sent to you arrives damaged or is an item other than the one purchased. Please read the description of the items you are buying carefully before purchasing.

  • Rafikimono has a No Refund Policy. This means that no refunds will be issued for any returns. If your item is faulty, only then will Rafikimono exchange the item for a new one. We kindly ask that you cover shipping on the item you wish to return and we will happily provide shipping on the exchange item.

  • If you have further questions, send an email to heyyy@rafikimono.com and our team will respond as soon as possible. 


    RETURN ON FAULTY ITEMS

    • This policy lasts for 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
    • To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Items are only exchanged if they are damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me a message on instagram @rafikimono together with an e-mail at heyyy@rafikimono.com with subject. URGENT: RETURNS or EXCHANGE.

      Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

       

      WARRANTY
      What This Limited Warranty Covers 
      This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of Rafikimono brand products. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired.
