What’s the best way to reach you?

We are quickest to reply on our instagram: @rafikimono. Hit us up there for new prints, special deals, and custom orders. You can also email us at heyyy@rafikimono.com, but we aren’t as fast at answering via email.

Where are your products made?

Rafikimono products are happily made in the Philippines, at places that we’ve spent considerable time getting to know and love. Quality is of utmost importance to us, which is why we have chosen to work with people and suppliers that work with many other designer brands.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Every Rafikimono order comes with a handwritten note. We usually thank you for purchasing from us, but we can address it to anyone you choose as long as you tell us what to write. Similarly, we can also provide a blank note upon request so you can write a personal message yourself. Message us on IG for any personal touches you may request.

What forms of payment do you take?

  • We accept bank transfers via our BDO and BPI accounts as well as payment through PayPal, and Gcash.

Do you offer bespoke garments?

Yes! We love making custom orders. We can modify the size, change the length, or make something completely unique and different. Specialty bespoke orders are usually for button downs, shorts, kimonos, jumpsies, pajamas, but we also can make whatever else your heart desires. Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?

Head over to Shipping and Returns for specific details!

PLEASE NOTE: Only order cancellations within 1 hour of order placement are guaranteed. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time, but we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours from submission confirming if the change could be completed. Any requested changes will impact the entire order, and individual items cannot be edited or canceled.

We can change the address for you if you message us ASAP (Instagram is the fastest @rafikimono). Keep in mind, this process is never guaranteed as it depends on the status of the shipment. If it's shipped... Sayang.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the Philippines. If you are interested in shipping worldwide, please message us on IG. We ship worldwide with DHL, but not through this website.

Ordering In Bulk

What qualifies as a bulk order?

Bulk orders are purchases that consist of 10+ items of the same style, size, and color. Nonetheless, if you think you have a “bulk order”, just message us and we’ll try to work something out with you.

How do I get a quote?

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return your item, you may exchange for another item, or be issued a credit note for the full value of the item(s) you purchased (not including any shipping paid) within 14 days of the original purchase.
